Returns and Refunds<\/h1>\n

You have the right to return the products within 14 days of receiving the goods and have their purchase refunded. Please inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract in advance by filling out the return form below or sending an email to info@lensexpress.ee. The returned products must be in their original packages and untainted. Returning parcels or exchanging products through parcel machines within Estonia is free of charge.<\/strong> When returning goods from foreign countries, you must pay for the transportation yourself. The returned products must be shipped from abroad via traceable mail service to the following address: Helinet Grupp O\u00dc, Sarapuu 82, Tabasalu, Harku vald, Harjumaa, Estonia 76901.

Products that cannot be returned
<\/strong>
Products that are not subject to return: plus power contact lenses, multifocal, toric and coloured contact lenses, plus power swimming goggles and prescription glasses made in accordance with the buyer\u00b4s prescription. It is not possible to return lens containers, travel kits and tweezers for hygienic reasons.<\/p>\n

Refund<\/strong>

Upon returning the goods, we are obligated to refund the purchase at latest within 7 days of returning the goods. Refunds will be limited to the maximum value of the original order and will only be issued against the same credit card or bank account as supplied to pay for the goods. There may be a time delay of up to 15 working days before a refund appears on your credit card statement because of the time taken for the credit card companies to process your refund. During this period the refund has left our account and is held by the credit card companies before being accredited to your account. Please contact your credit card company if a refund issued by us has not turned up into your account after 15 working days. We reserve the right to proportionately reduce the level of the refund if only some of the original quantity of contact lenses is returned, or if it is clear that some of the products have been used.<\/p>\n

Replacement of the Defective Products
<\/strong>
Please inform us of any complaints regarding the products immediately after beginning to use the product by e-mail info@lensexpress.ee. The faults of contact lenses must be apparent upon their first use. The right to make a claim regarding the quality of sunglasses and other glasses is valid for two (2) years from the date of receipt of the goods. Please send the product you wish to return to us with the package, a copy of the order and your clarifications to the following address: Helinet Grupp O\u00dc, Sarapuu 82, Tabasalu, Harku vald, Harjumaa, Estonia 76901. Provided that we accept the returned product as defective, we will send you a replacement or a discount code in the value of the defective product, which can be used for future purchases. Product delivery costs will not be compensated. If the product does not prove to be defective, we are not obligated to replace the product. Such an instance will be regarded as misuse of the product or a violation of the maintenance rules.<\/p>\n\n
