About Us

Our story

The founders of the company—Liivi Kiisler and Helje Pupart—are sisters from Saaremaa who moved to Tallinn to study at university after high school. However, they never made it back to their home island, as they found their first jobs, started families, and bought homes in the capital. Liivi started working in the optical field by chance and spent decades as the CEO of one of Estonia’s best-known optical store chains. Helje also entered healthcare business, working for years in medical equipment wholesale. At one point, they decided to join forces, founded their own company, and on January 1, 2012, the LensExpress online store was launched.

Our motto

We opened the LensExpress online store with the goal of offering high-quality optical products at better prices and with a wider selection than traditional optical shops. Our motto is: all eye-related products affordably from one place! At the LensExpress online store, you can find great deals on contact lenses, lens care solutions, accessories, eye drops, reading glasses, optical swimming goggles, sunglasses, sports glasses, frames, prescription glasses, and eyewear accessories (cases, cleaners, etc.).

Over the past couple of decades, we have continuously improved our expertise in contact lenses and other optical goods, and we use various optical products (glasses, contact lenses) ourselves. Because of this, we know more about many of the products in our shop than just the technical description. We want to work hard to ensure our business meets customer expectations. We do everything we can to make sure our customers are happy with our products and services. If you see something we could do better, please let us know! We try to find a quick solution to all questions and problems.
