Detailed Ordering Guide

If you are a regular LensExpress customer, we recommend that you first log in to your account, because only then will you see the regular customer discount prices for each product. As a regular customer, you can also make quick re-orders – you won’t have to re-enter your desired items or contact details.

To find products, use the search button at the top left or search for a product by category.

Contact lenses

Once you have found the right contact lenses, fill in the lens data fields. Usually, you need to fill in: BC – base curve, Dia – diameter, Sph – power. For toric and multifocal contact lenses, you must also fill in: Cyl – cylinder, Axis – axis, Add – addition. For colored lenses, you must also add the color. You can find all the necessary data on your contact lens prescription or the contact lens box. Attention! A contact lens prescription is not the same as a glasses prescription.

When ordering lenses, pay attention to the quantity in the product name, which shows the number of lenses in the package. For example – Biofinity 6 pcs. There are 6 lenses in this pack, and if you want to order one pack, put 1 pack in the shopping cart. If you need lenses with the same power for both eyes, you can order one pack of lenses. However, if your eyes are different, you must select 1 pack of lenses for one eye and 1 pack for the other, making 2 packs in total.

Glasses

To find sunglasses or glasses, use the product search by category. Once you have selected the appropriate category, you can use the filter in the left column to specify which brand, material, size group, or color you prefer. You can get more information about the sizes of glasses and sunglasses by clicking on the product.

You can buy eyeglass frames both with and without optical lenses. If you want to order frames with optical lenses according to your prescription, click the “Add to cart with lenses” button next to the frames. Then choose which lenses you need, select the material, and enter your prescription data. You can also upload your prescription there if you want us to double-check the entered data. If you didn’t find suitable lenses, send us your request and prescription by email to info@lensexpress.ee and we will let you know the cost of the requested lenses.
Attention! We recommend that you try on the frames at home before we install the lenses in the frames, as it is not possible to return or exchange the glasses once the lenses have been installed. Make a note in the field at the end of the lens selection. You do not have to pay shipping costs for the delivery and return of the frames.

Checkout

Once the products are in your cart, check the order details and click “Checkout.” You can then enter the buyer’s contact details, choose your preferred payment method, and delivery option. If you have already registered as a customer, you can complete the purchase by logging into your account; the necessary fields will be filled in automatically. Once you have made your choices, agree to the terms and conditions, join the newsletter if you wish, and click “Pay.” If the payment is successful, a confirmation message will appear on the screen. We will send you an order confirmation and invoice by email, and a notification once the goods have been dispatched. If you are registered as a regular customer, you can also track the progress of your order by logging into your account.
