If you are unsure whether the selected frames or sunglasses are right for you, we recommend using the “Click and Try” service. The “Click and Try” service offered by Modena allows you to order up to 3 frames or sunglasses to try on at home without paying anything. After trying them on at home, you can even return all the products. It costs you nothing!
If any of the sunglasses you ordered are right for you, you can start using them immediately and Modena will send you an invoice for the selected glasses only. If you ordered frames, you can keep the frames that are right for you or return them for lens fitting.
Please note! You can only use the “Click and Try” service to order up to three frames or sunglasses. The service is not available if you add other products to your shopping cart.

How does the “Click and Try” service work?

Select products
Select up to three frames or sunglasses to try on from the online store and add them to your shopping cart. Please note! We only offer the “Click & Try” service for glasses and sunglasses. If you see the Modena logo on the product page, you can order this product to try at home.

Place an order
After adding the products to your shopping cart, go to the order form. Fill in your contact details, select a shipping method and select the “CLICK & TRY” option in the payment methods section. This ensures that you can try the products at home before making a purchase decision.

Confirmation
Use Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or ID card to identify yourself and confirm your purchase.

Arrival of the package
You will receive a notification of the arrival of the package via SMS and email. You have 14 days to try the products. We ask that you return the products that do not meet your expectations and pay only for the products that you liked.

Payment
After the trial period ends, an invoice will be prepared only for the products that you decided to keep. You will be given 30 days to pay from the date of purchase. Payment information and reminders will be sent via SMS and email. If you wish, you can also pay for your purchase before the payment deadline.
