Fast delivery – receive the goods the next day. In Estonia we deliver purchases over €40 to SmartPost and DPD parcel machines for FREE!
The time of delivery varies depending on if goods are in stock or not. We have a large number of products in stock and we ship out stock products on the same business day as soon as the order is received by us before 3:00 PM. In Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania you will usually receive your order within 1-2 business days. Packages to other European countries arrive within 1 week.
Some contact lenses (toric, multifocal, coloured lenses) take anywhere from 5 to 21 days for dispatch. Sunglasses, swimming goggles, reading glasses and spectacle frames we have in stock. We usually ship prescription glasses within 1 week, but the delivery time may be longer if you order glasses with custom-made lenses. Delivery time of each product is indicated on every product page. As LensExpress does not partially ship orders the time required to dispatch your order will be based on the product in your order with the longest dispatch time.
LensExpress is not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service. All our prices are presented inclusive of VAT. Apart from the shipping fee no other taxes or surcharges are applied.

Please notice!
Shipping via Mail parcel to Europe (Standard or Economy) takes an average of 3-7 working days to arrive depending on the country. If your order has not arrived after 7 working days please contact your local Mail Sorting Office to see if the order has been returned to the depot as undelivered, as it may well be awaiting your collection.
Shipping via Mail parcel to other countries takes an average of 5-10 working days to arrive depending on the country. If your delivery address is outside of the European Union, you may be subject to customs charges.
If you have ordered the goods abroad, there is no free return option. The goods can be returned within 14 days by paying for postage at the post office of the recipient’s country of residence.
