Biofinity XR lenses should be removed and cleaned before going to sleep and it is recommended that they are replaced with a fresh pair every 4 weeks. Some patients can wear Biofinity XR for 2-4 weeks continuously. However, not all eyes are suited to continuous wear of Biofinity XR lenses and only an Optometrist can determine the appropriate wearing schedule for a patient.
